Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Like & Gift Co. – DIY & Heritage Workshop. Please read our booking policy before making your reservation. Booking Confirmation Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated. Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is completed. Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled workshop. Workshops begin on time. Late arrivals may have less time to complete their project. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop are eligible for one complimentary reschedule. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-Show No refunds, credits or rescheduling will be provided for participants who fail to attend without prior notice. Private & Corporate Bookings Private workshops require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Corporate events require final participant numbers at least 20 days before the event. Workshop Changes Like & Gift Co. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants may choose a new date or receive a full refund. Like & Gift Co. also reserves the right to reschedule public workshop bookings if the scheduled date and time are required for a confirmed private event or corporate booking. In such cases, affected participants will be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative workshop date or a full refund. Workshop Experience All materials and tools are included unless otherwise stated. As every piece is handmade, each completed artwork will be unique. Photography Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes. Please let us know before the workshop if you do not wish to appear. Children Children must meet the recommended age requirement. Adult supervision may be required for younger participants. Collection Some projects require drying or finishing time. Collection details will be provided during the workshop. Please collect completed artwork within 30 days unless otherwise arranged. Additional Terms Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for birthday celebrations with prior approval. Participants are responsible for any intentional damage to workshop tools, equipment or materials.
